All of our cakes are produced in our kitchen in Kintbury (on the borders of Hampshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire). We built our foundations on using only the best, high quality ingredients, locally sourced where-ever possible. We use Doves Farm and Leckford Estate flours, and free-range, organic eggs from the fabulous Sutton Estate hens.
Because of our belief in high quality ingredients and endless tweaking of recipes, we are very proud to be amongst the very few cake makers to have been awarded

stars, so you can be sure our cakes taste as good as they look.
Each of our cakes is unique and we love each and every challenge of translating your ideas and dreams into cake. Every week there are developments in products and techniques which bring new possibilities into cake design. 2015 saw beautiful lustres and metallics sweeping through modern wedding cakes; modelling chocolate transforming the possibilities with cartoon-esque celebration cakes; and intricate bas-relief effects appeared through moulding techniques. 2016 will be no different. There are very exciting styles out there and we are loving bringing them to your cakes.
We are often asked if we are sad that our cakes are ultimately cut up and eaten - but for us this is part of the beauty of them. They are all the more exquisite for their existing soley for that one very special occasion.
We limit the number of bookings we can take for any given date to ensure that we can maintain the high quality of taste and decorating that we are very proud of. This does mean that summer weekends get booked up very quickly. Please do
